Introduction Of Raymond Mill
Raymond grinding machine is also called Raymond mill for short. It looks like an upright steel container from the shape, has inlet and outlet, and a feed port is set in the middle. According to different raw materials, fineness and capacity, it has three series of corresponding grinding mills: high-pressure mill, high-strength mill, and Raymond mill.
The Moh’s hardness of any raw material is no more than 9.3, and the humidity is less than 6%. The size of finished materials can be adjusted in the range of 40-400 mesh. A single Raymond mill’s processing capacity can reach to 60TPH.

Working Principle of Raymond Mill
When the Raymond mill is working, the material to be crushed is fed into the machine from the feeding hopper on the side of the hood, and the grinding roller device suspended on the main stand is revolved around the vertical axis while rotating. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses against the grinding ring, so that the blade shovels the material between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the purpose of pulverizing the material is achieved by the grinding roller.
